INTELLIGENCE FABRICATION INFRASTRUCTURE
Engineer intelligence. Govern its actions.
AI Mission Foundry turns a mission contract into an executable realization through experimentation, fabrication, lineage and evidence. Runtime controls then separate what AI proposes from what it is permitted to do.

Output ≠ permission to act
The foundry matters more than any single model.
Mission → fabrication
Define measurable requirements, compare options and materialize an executable realization for the mission.
Persistent Scientist
Form hypotheses, run experiments and use observations in decision scores. A cumulative advantage across missions is not yet established.
Ledger & lineage
Connect identities, interventions, measurements and verdicts to the exact artifacts produced. Provenance alone does not prove a measurement is true.
Evidence & runtime
Bound qualification claims, then separate AI output from authorization to act during execution.
A neural realization, not a generic promise.
AMF produced a Mistral 7B descendant for a billing-versus-technical classification mission: four transformer layers removed, adapted with LoRA and measured on development test sets.
No independent FP2 QIR was performed. Comparisons with the unmodified parent, inference speed and cost savings are not established here.

A useful AI system needs more than a model.
Capabilities
Define what the system must actually accomplish — and what it must refuse.
Architecture
Allocate each function to the most justified neural, deterministic or hybrid substrate.
Authority
Separate what a component may propose from what it is authorized to trigger.
Evidence
Measure the exact realization against declared gates before operational authority.
See real test results — and their limits.
A model was built, tested and found insufficient
G1 passes a 15/15 CPU deployment micro-gate but fails the original capability qualification. Both results remain public.
Make models, tools and data work together.
Knowledge
Grounded, versioned, replaceable
Determinism
Rules, schemas, solvers, refusal
Composition
Routing, state, interfaces, interactions
Qualification
Identity, evidence, scope, authority
Start with the problem you want to solve.
Diagnose
Measure the baseline, map failures and distinguish a model deficit from an architecture deficit.
Experiment
Test the smallest, most informative interventions before committing to expensive fabrication.
Realize
Retain, repair, replace or compose one exact realization with its evidence and limitations.
Understand AMF without reducing it to a model or a platform.
01Is AMF an artificial intelligence model?
No. AI Mission Foundry is engineering and experimental infrastructure. It may use a large model, a compact expert, data, rules, retrieval, a verifier or a hybrid composition when the mission justifies it.
02Does AMF systematically try to replace Transformers?
No. AMF removes substrate presumption. A Transformer may be retained, reduced, used as a teacher or absent from the final realization. Substitutability is tested, never assumed.
03What does it mean to qualify an AI system?
It means one specific version passed predefined tests for a specific goal. It does not prove universal ability or provide an official certification.
04Can AMF operate on private or offline infrastructure?
Yes when the mission requires it. Data placement, runtime, models and tools are architectural variables. Remaining dependencies are documented rather than hidden.
